I Lived and studied in India after completing My Hotel mgt. studies, worked as management trainee, learned the trade and came to UK in 2002, after being sent by my company to work for Indian restaurant.
Indian food is immensely popular in this country and you will find most of the Indian dishes very popular. Indian dishes are wholesome means they are tasty nutritious and flavourful and has a balance of organoleptic properties-taste, sight(visuals), smell(aroma) and texture.
With the demand of increasingly well -travelled and sophisticated consumers I always endeavour to provide my customers the food they have tasted originally in India but obviously flavour texture and taste varies with seasonal availability of raw material. we try to source out best raw material to give the best food experience to our customer.
