DELIVERY TIMES

Where delivery is offered, we deliver to a restricted area based on our store location

Any delivery times quoted are estimates, and are subject to conditions beyond our control, and unexpected delays can occur, please be patient at busy times, or contact us to check your order status.

If you are not in when we deliver, or fail to collect, and we are unable to contact you on the telephone number provided by you for the order, you are still liable for any charges relating to the order.

Delivery may be withdrawn or refused at any time.

Hours available for delivery are normally less than our trading hours.

PAYMENT

Delivery drivers carry up to £10 in change, Pease try and have correct payment if at all possible. Payment is only accepted in UK Pounds Sterling

Where any order has not been pre-paid, only cash is accepted on delivery.

ORDERING AND REFUND POLICY

Your order is binding. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.

If you need to make any amendments to your order, please contact the store. Amendments are not always possible and are at the manager discretion.

Prices and availability may differ from printed menus, and may be different than if you order via some other online services, which may add their own charges or not offer our promotions.

Cancellations will be charged in full if the order has already been cooked. Please contact the store for more information.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason (which can include out of stock items, road closures, power cuts etc.) – we will do our best to contact you and either refund the order or agree alternative items. If we are unable to contact you on the telephone number given to us by you for the transaction, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

PRODUCTS

All products are subject to availability. If any item is out-of-stock the store manager will contact you and offer an alternative

Minimum order values may apply for delivery, credit card use, and for online ordering

You do not own the products until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately to resolve it.

Some products may contain nuts, gluten, and other ingredients which some people are allergic to. There is risk that any of our products may contain traces of these. If you suffer from any food allergens, please contact the store before placing any order.
